6. Shipping & Delivery

Easestride currently ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery outside the United States.

Free Shipping

Easestride offers free standard delivery throughout the United States, unless otherwise clearly stated on the website or during checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Any shipping or delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

Returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and our 60-Day Fit Guarantee are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility requirements, applicable timeframes, return procedures, and other conditions are explained in that policy.

We reserve the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange that does not meet the applicable policy requirements, except where otherwise required by law.

8. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it has shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be completed before shipment.

This may include, where permitted by law:

  • Lost profits

  • Lost revenue

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of opportunity

Where permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Easestride for the product giving rise to the applicable claim.
